What an Office Actually Means.
Each Farazzo office is a qualified presence in a specific market. Not a logo on a door. Not a hot-desk arrangement. An address from which real work is conducted by people with real relationships in that city.
The representative in each office is known to the principal property owners, private bankers, family office advisors and lifestyle operators in their market. That relationship capital is what makes the introductions possible. The office is the physical expression of those relationships.
Members do not contact the offices directly for general enquiries. The Dubai headquarters coordinates all inbound requests and routes them to the relevant city representative. This keeps quality control consistent regardless of geography.

The principal address. Every operation within the Farazzo ecosystem originates from or is ratified by the Dubai headquarters. The DIFC location provides direct access to the region's most significant private wealth infrastructure.

The Doha office manages relationships with Qatar-based family offices and principal investors. It coordinates real estate introductions across the Pearl, West Bay Lagoon and private island developments, as well as capital co-investment opportunities.

Mayfair is one of the two most active Farazzo markets outside of Dubai. The London office maintains direct relationships with the principal estate agents, private banks and family offices operating in the SW1 and W1 postcodes, as well as a broader network across the Home Counties.

The Monaco office sits at the centre of the most concentrated ultra-prime residential market in the world. The representative maintains off-market access to inventory that never reaches any public channel, coordinating introductions for members with principal owners and developers directly.

Geneva is the centre of the private banking relationships that underpin the Farazzo Capital Intelligence vertical. The office maintains relationships with senior private bankers, asset managers and foundation counsel across the Swiss financial system.

The French Riviera office operates on a seasonal basis from spring through early autumn. During this period it coordinates villa and estate transactions, yacht introductions and private event access along the coast from Monaco to Saint-Tropez.

The Maldives office coordinates the ultra-prime island and resort estate vertical. It manages relationships with island owners, resort developers and the private charter networks that serve this segment of the membership. Access here is by brief only.

All enquiries are routed through the Dubai headquarters. This is not a bureaucratic step. It is the mechanism that ensures every interaction is handled by the right person in the right market.

For members with an active brief, the representative in the relevant city will be introduced directly and will manage the relationship from that point forward.
