acquisition works
through Farazzo.
There is no brochure and no viewing by appointment. Every step is handled directly, privately and with the discretion that both the buyer and the seller require.
When a member initiates an acquisition mandate with Farazzo, they provide a brief — geography, scale, budget, preferred format, investment or lifestyle weighting. That brief is then matched against the current off-market opportunity set and, where no immediate match exists, held against the network pending a suitable opportunity.
Farazzo does not create competing mandates. A property presented to one member is not simultaneously shown to others. The relationship with each principal is singular, which is what makes it functional. Both sides of the transaction require confidence that the process is not an open auction in private clothing.
Mandate Submission
Member submits a private brief via secure channel: geography, budget range, property format, acquisition purpose and timeline. No public enquiry form.
Network Canvassing
Farazzo's property team canvasses active contacts — sellers' attorneys, family offices, trustees and personal representatives — against the brief. Not databases. Relationships.
Opportunity Presentation
Qualifying opportunities are presented to the member under NDA: property background, seller position, condition overview, comparable values and Farazzo's objective assessment.
Private Site Visit
For confirmed interest, a private viewing is arranged without third-party agents or competing parties present. The seller or their designated representative attends directly.
Transaction Structuring
Farazzo supports the full transaction — legal review, independent valuation, international structuring, financing if required — through a network of trusted professionals in each jurisdiction.
Post-Acquisition Support
Following completion, Farazzo remains engaged: property management referrals, ongoing valuation advisory, and when the time comes, support for a discreet disposition.
