Price alone does not define ultra-prime. A property at this level must satisfy three conditions simultaneously: it must occupy a position of genuine locational scarcity: a floor that will not be replicated, a waterfront that cannot be built again, a historic address that cannot be moved. From the first conversation to the transfer of title, Farazzo manages every dimension of the acquisition process. The member's role is to make decisions. Everything else is handled.

A confidential consultation to understand the acquisition parameters: location, typology, size, privacy requirements, timeline and budget envelope. No forms, no portals, no public profiles.
Network Activation
The Farazzo property network across the relevant markets is activated discreetly. Principals and intermediaries are approached on a confidential basis with the brief. The member's identity is not disclosed until they choose to introduce themselves.
Curated Introduction
A small number of properties meeting the brief are presented privately. No photographs on public portals, no mass viewings. Each introduction is accompanied by a full provenance, condition and legal status summary.
Due Diligence
Independent legal, structural and title due diligence is coordinated in the relevant jurisdiction. Farazzo works with the member's existing legal advisors or introduces appropriate local counsel from its verified network.
Negotiation
Farazzo negotiates on behalf of the member through the appropriate intermediary channel. Price, conditions, timeline and any associated agreements are managed with full discretion.
Completion and Aftercare
