1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Farazzo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Platform Access
Access to certain areas of the Farazzo platform is restricted to registered members. Membership is subject to approval and the payment of applicable fees. Farazzo reserves the right to decline or revoke membership at its discretion.
3. Membership Tiers
Farazzo offers four membership tiers: VIP Signature, Elite Circle, Imperium Black, and Sovereign Private. Benefits, fees, and access levels for each tier are as described on the Membership page and may be updated periodically. Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, introduce harmful code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or reproduce content without consent, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in immediate termination of access.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Farazzo platform — including text, images, design, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of Farazzo Global LLC or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farazzo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Farazzo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
7. Investment Disclaimer
Content on the Farazzo platform does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Investment opportunities presented are for informational purposes only. Always seek independent professional advice before making investment decisions.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
9. Changes
Farazzo may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
