We are not looking for people who want to work in luxury. We are looking for people who understand that the individuals we serve have no tolerance for mediocrity, and who find that standard energising rather than intimidating.
What We Actually Look For.
Every person within the Farazzo structure operates in proximity to individuals who expect absolute discretion as a baseline. Not as a policy. As a character trait.
Credentials matter. So does the kind of judgment that credentials cannot teach. We look for people who have operated in environments where the stakes were real: where a poorly chosen word, a lapse in attention or a misread of context had genuine consequences.
If your background is conventional and your ambition is to make it less so, this is the right environment. If you are looking for structure, process and metrics-led performance reviews, it probably is not.

Private Membership

You will manage relationships with existing members and lead the qualification and onboarding of prospective members across the Gulf region. This requires a background in private client services, wealth management or ultra-prime real estate. Fluency in Arabic is strongly preferred.
What We Require
- 8+ years in private client, UHNW advisory or ultra-prime real estate
- Demonstrable experience with principals at family office level or above
- Fluency in Arabic (preferred)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai
Membership Coordinator
A coordination role supporting the London membership team. You will manage member briefs, coordinate with the Dubai headquarters and ensure that every request is actioned with the precision the membership expects. Background in private travel, private banking or luxury hospitality is relevant.
What We Require
- 4+ years in private client coordination or luxury services
- Exceptional written and verbal English
- Calm under pressure and comfortable with ambiguity

Real Estate & Estates

Managing off-market introductions and estate transactions across the Monaco and French Riviera market. You will be known to principal owners, developers and private legal counsel in the region. This is a sourcing and relationship role, not a listings role.
What We Require
- Active relationships with principal property owners in Monaco, Cannes or Saint-Tropez
- Track record of transactions above EUR 10M
- French language required
- Monaco or Nice based
Real Estate Intelligence Analyst
Producing the market intelligence that informs member briefs and investment positioning across all Farazzo real estate markets. You will synthesise transaction data, off-market intelligence and macro-economic context into clear, precise briefing documents used directly by David Farazzo and the membership team.
What We Require
- Background in real estate research, investment analysis or private wealth
- Ability to write with authority and precision
- Familiarity with ultra-prime markets across at least three Farazzo cities
- Dubai-based or willing to relocate
Capital Intelligence

Managing relationships with private banks, family offices and institutional capital sources across the Swiss and broader European market. You will identify co-investment opportunities relevant to the membership and coordinate introductions under a strict discretion framework.
What We Require
- Established relationships within the Swiss private banking or family office sector
- Background in alternative investments, private equity or family wealth structures
- French or German language an advantage

Communications & Intelligence

Responsible for all written communication that carries the Farazzo name: intelligence briefs, member communications, press materials and the voice of the brand across every channel. You will write with authority, edit with precision and hold an instinctive understanding of the distinction between restraint and emptiness.
What We Require
- Portfolio of long-form writing for UHNW, private banking or luxury brand audiences
- Demonstrated command of the editorial voice required (see our existing press and philosophy pages)
- Experience in managing editorial standards across a distributed team
- Willingness to operate under strict NDA and discretion requirements

How We Hire
We do not use recruitment agencies. We do not post on general job boards. The roles on this page represent the full extent of our active search. Everything else is either confidential or not yet open.
If you apply for a listed role, expect a first response within five working days if your application is being considered further. We will not reply to every application, but we read every one.
The process typically involves a written exchange before any call or meeting. We assess communication under those conditions deliberately. How you write to us is the first thing we evaluate.
Written Application
Send your application by email. Include a cover letter that is specific about why this role and why Farazzo. Generic letters are not considered.
Written Exchange
If your application is being considered, we will send you a short written brief to respond to. This is not a test. It is a conversation starter.
Conversation
A direct conversation with a senior member of the team. Not a panel. Not a structured interview. A conversation to understand whether this is the right fit on both sides.
Decision
We move quickly once we know. If we are proceeding, you will know within a week of the final conversation. If we are not, we will tell you that too.
Speculative Applications
If there is no listed role that matches your background but you believe you belong in this environment, we will consider speculative applications from candidates who meet an exceptional standard.
A speculative application must include a clear articulation of the function you would perform within Farazzo, the specific value you would bring, and the market or vertical in which you would operate. We will not consider applications that do not answer these questions.
We keep a small number of speculative applications on file. If a relevant opening arises within six months, we will contact you. We will not reply to confirm receipt unless we are actively considering your application.
